Thermal Print Hub — Shopify POS support

TPH prints Shopify POS orders on compatible thermal printers connected to an Android device running Thermal Print Hub.

Connect your printer

1. Install and open Thermal Print Hub through Shopify.
2. Choose the POS location inside the authenticated Shopify app.
3. Scan the one-time QR code with your Android device, open TPH and confirm the store connection. The code expires in 10 minutes.
4. Connect a compatible receipt printer in TPH. Turn on POS Direct Print and background printing, then print a test order.

Troubleshooting

If a code has expired, generate a new one. If the phone was previously paired with another store, unpair it before connecting a new store. If a printer appears offline, check that TPH's background print service is active and the printer connection is working. Printing from Shopify requires an internet connection to the relay service.
